PairPro
Privacy
A plain-language summary of the information needed to operate PairPro.
Effective 20 October 2026
Information PairPro uses
PairPro uses the email address and account identifiers needed for registration, authentication, trial eligibility and access. Stripe handles payment details; PairPro stores only the customer, subscription and price references needed to recognise membership status.
Notebook and Composition
Your Notebook, saved pairings, Composition selections and browser drafts remain in your browser. PairPro does not upload their contents as part of account registration or login.
First-party measurement and security
PairPro records a small set of pseudonymous product events—such as opening the campaign page, starting a preview, opening a profile, completing a Composition, registering or starting Checkout—to understand where the experience fails. These events do not contain your email, IP address, user agent or culinary content. Short-lived access records and security rate limits help prevent misuse.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow it, PairPro uses the Google Ads tag to understand whether an advertisement leads to a visit or registration. The Google consent state is denied by default. You may decline without losing access and reopen Privacy choices at any time from the control shown at the bottom of the site.
Service providers
PairPro relies on Supabase for accounts and protected data, Stripe for billing, Netlify for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Google services for optional advertising measurement, support or mailing-list communication. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and applies its own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only for the operational, security, accounting and legal periods that apply to it. You may cancel a subscription from Account. To ask about access, correction or deletion of account information, email hello.paipro@gmail.com.
