Terms & cancellation

PairPro is a culinary learning and idea-development tool. Its ingredient profiles, pairings and techniques are educational information, not a substitute for professional judgement, food-safety rules, allergy checks or medical advice.

The anonymous preview and verified-account trial are limited as described in the interface. They may not be recreated through misleading identities, automated access or attempts to bypass limits. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

PairPro offers monthly and annual recurring memberships. The price and currency shown for your location are displayed before you enter Stripe Checkout. Payment is taken only after your explicit confirmation in Stripe. Annual membership provides twelve months for the displayed annual price.

You can open Account and choose Manage or cancel subscription at any time. Cancellation has no cancellation fee and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, so access remains available until then.

Cancelling does not automatically reverse a payment already made. If a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or you believe applicable law gives you a refund or withdrawal right, contact hello.paipro@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Do not scrape, resell, disrupt or attempt to access protected systems. PairPro may change or temporarily suspend beta features to maintain security and reliability. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect.
